Tenkū House is a creative guild: a professional house where specialised talent works under a shared direction, each member keeping their own name, voice and identity. Not an agency. Not a production company. Not a marketplace. It's an old and deeply human idea brought back to the way we create today.
An agency puts its own name on top and erases the person who made the work. Hiring freelancers keeps the names, but leaves you to find them, assemble them and direct them yourself. A guild does what neither can: it brings people together without erasing them. One way in, one coherent result — made by professionals you can name.
That's where we come from, not where we stop. Our craft began in filmmaking, aerial work and post-production, and that's still the core of what we do today. But the house was built to hold any creative discipline. It grows as the talent inside it grows.
Wherever our members are — across Europe and the United States. We're not an office you come to. We're a house, and a house is the people in it. In practice, that means the work is coordinated from one place and executed wherever it needs to happen.
With a conversation, not a form. There's one way in and one person on the other side of it, from the first call to final delivery — no chasing five people, no black box. We listen to what the project needs before we talk about who should do it.
Professionals with names, chosen because they fit your project — never anonymous resources assigned by availability. Everything that leaves the house carries two signatures: Tenkū House, and the person who created it. You will always know who made your work.
The project comes first; the team is built for it. We don't fit your brief into a fixed structure of departments. Once we understand what the work needs, we bring together the people whose craft matches it — and one shared direction keeps every piece coherent from beginning to end.
There's no catalogue and no fixed rate card, because no two projects need the same team. Every project is quoted on its own, and you'll know the scope and the people involved before anything begins. What doesn't change is the standard. The house puts its name on what goes out.
Yes — and often that's the best place to start. We work inside your visual identity and your messaging when they're working, and we tell you plainly when something isn't. Shared direction means coherence, not putting our style on top of yours.
It depends on the scope, and we'd rather give you a real date than a fast one. Timing is agreed at the start, in writing, together with exactly what's being delivered.
By conversation and by fit. No forms, no portfolio submissions, no casting. A guild isn't filled — it's built. So it starts with a real conversation about your work and about what you're looking for. Today, that first conversation is directly with Guillermo Salcedo, founder of the house.
No. You sign what you create, always. Your name, your voice and your identity stay yours — shared direction coordinates, it doesn't absorb. The guild's brand doesn't replace yours. It stands behind it.
Yes, and they stay yours. You can bring them into the house and work with them backed by the structure, the coordination and the name of the guild.Work moves in the other direction too: projects that arrive through Tenkū House. Both directions are yours by right, not as a favour.
No. No imposed schedule, no minimum volume, no forced exclusivity. Projects are accepted here, not assigned. You belong because you want to — and the door, in and out, stays open.
There are concrete answers to that, and they don't live on a web page. What the house takes, what it gives back and how a project is shared is put in writing before you sign anything and before you move a single client. We won't ask you to trust us blindly. We'll ask you to come to the table, where everything is said in numbers.
